Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Blizzy Wise (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Blizzy Wise is a personal subscription management application that allows you to:

• Track and manage recurring subscription payments.


• View spending analytics and category breakdowns.


• Upload and store invoice documents.


• Create teams to share subscription information and split costs.


• Receive local notifications for upcoming renewals.


• Export subscription data in CSV or JSON format.

The App is a personal finance tracking tool. It does not process payments, manage actual subscriptions with third-party services, or provide financial advice.

To use the App, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.


• All activities that occur under your account.


• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including subscription details, notes, and uploaded invoice files ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App services to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.


• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.


• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.


• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

When you create a team or accept an invitation to join a team:

• Your display name, email address, and profile photo will be visible to all team members.


• Subscriptions you link to a team will be visible to all team members.


• Team owners can remove members and delete the team at any time.


• Team admins can invite new members and manage linked subscriptions.


• You can leave a team at any time, which will remove your access to team data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any subscription information within a team. Do not share sensitive financial information that you are not authorized to disclose.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal subscription management. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any associated systems.


• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.


• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.


• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App.


• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.


• Use the App to store or transmit content that is not related to subscription management.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and user interface, is owned by Blizzy Wise and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The Blizzy Wise name and logo are trademarks of Blizzy Wise. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In for authentication, subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


• Google Firebase for data storage and infrastructure, subject to Google Cloud's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.


• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.


• Any errors in the App will be corrected.

The App provides subscription tracking as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of spending calculations, renewal date predictions, or any financial data displayed. You should verify all financial information independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUBSYNC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten euros (€10), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blizzy Wise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms.


• Your use of the App poses a security risk.


• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.


• It is required by law or a valid legal request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Blizzy Wise is established.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blizzy Wise regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
