How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the Blizzy Wise app by following these steps:
- Open the Blizzy Wise app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile (tap your avatar or the profile icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision in the first dialog.
- Confirm again in the second dialog to permanently delete your account.

What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- User profile (name, email, preferences)
- Subscriptions (all your tracked subscriptions)
- Teams (teams you own are deleted; you are removed from teams you belong to)
- Invoices (all uploaded invoice records)
- Categories (your custom categories)
- Invoice files (uploaded files in cloud storage)

Data Retention
Your data is deleted from our active systems immediately upon account deletion. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently removed.
We do not retain any of your personal data after the backup expiration period.
