We collect information that you provide directly to us and information that is collected automatically when you use the App.

Information You Provide

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.

Subscription Data: Names, prices, billing cycles, categories, start dates, and renewal dates of subscriptions you add.

Invoice Files: Photos or PDF documents you upload as invoice records.

Team Information: Team names, descriptions, and member associations you create.

Preferences: Currency preferences and notification settings.

Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of delivering push notifications.

Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, behavioral data, or track your in-app activity.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App functionality.

Display your subscription data, spending summaries, and analytics within the App.

Store and display invoices you upload.

Enable team features, allowing members you invite to view shared subscription information.

Send local push notifications for renewal reminders and trial expirations, based on your notification preferences.

Authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the App services.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services:

Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in.

Cloud Firestore for subscription, team, and profile data.

Firebase Cloud Storage for uploaded invoice files.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Firebase infrastructure complies with industry-standard security certifications including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and ISO 27001.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

Team Members: When you create or join a team, other team members can see the team name, your display name, email, profile photo, and subscriptions linked to that team. You control which subscriptions are linked to a team.

Service Providers: We use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure provider. Google processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and data processing terms.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Invoice files stored in Cloud Storage will be permanently deleted alongside your account data.

Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data by deleting your account through the App settings.

Data Portability: Export your subscription data in CSV or JSON format using the export feature in the App.

Withdraw Consent: You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, specifically in regions where Google Firebase data centers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

Where required by law, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through a notice in the App.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
